1. Purpose of Membership

• Membership in SpringTide Alliance is voluntary and intended solely for mentorship, community support, and personal growth.
  

2. No Liability

• SpringTide Alliance, its leadership, including the President, and its members are not liable for any outcomes resulting from advice, guidance, or information shared during meetings, events, or communications. Members are encouraged to independently verify any information before applying it.

3. Member Conduct

• All members must adhere to the Code of Conduct. Any violations may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the group.
  

4. Confidentiality

• Members agree to keep all personal information, discussions, and shared materials confidential unless explicit permission is given to share them outside the group.

5. Content Ownership

• Any content or materials shared by SpringTide Alliance (e.g., event recordings, written resources) remain the property of the organization and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for personal gain without permission.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes or concerns arising from participation in the group should be addressed respectfully and privately with leadership.
  

7. Updates to Terms

• SpringTide Alliance reserves the right to update these terms as necessary. Members will be informed of any changes.
