No, membership in Springtide Alliance is completely free! The only time we may ask for contributions is for specific paid events or donation-based activities, and participation in those is entirely optional.

Time commitment is flexible to accommodate your schedule. However, to make the most of your experience, we encourage members to participate in at least 1-2 mentorship events or discussions per month.

Springtide Alliance offers a range of activities, including mentorship events, workshops, discussion circles, and pop-up connections. These events cover a variety of topics like personal growth, career development, navigating transitions, and hobbies.

Yes! We encourage members to share their knowledge and experiences by hosting conversations, leading panels, or facilitating small group discussions. If you're interested, let us know in the application form.
